Thank you for your booking and we are looking forward to meeting you and hope your stay is a very memorable one. Please take a few minutes to read our reservation terms and conditions. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
There is a non-contact self check-in with coded key safes for guests

All rates shown are based on 2 guests. An extra charge of $50 per night per person is required if you require the sofa bed to be made up that accommodates up to 2 extra people/children. Failure to advise and pay for additional guests on your arrival may result in your reservation being cancelled.
A booking will be held as per the dates and rate specified at the date of booking for 24 hours. To confirm and secure a booking, a valid credit card payment or a direct cash deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost will be required if the stay is more than 2 weeks in advance, if the booking is in 7 days or less full payment is required at the time of booking. Variations to this may apply during peak periods at Property Management’s absolute discretion. Payment of this deposit indicates your acceptance of Glen Lough Cabins Terms and Conditions and policies.
RESERVATIONS SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
Glen Lough Cabins reserve the right to correct any information (including but not limited to, pricing information) and amend your reservation (in consultation with you) to ensure that it reflects the correct price or relevant information. Additional charges may be payable by you if you wish to proceed with the affected reservation. You will be informed of such charges if applicable.
There is one car park space at each cabin. this is at the front or side of each cabin, do not park at rear of cabin, this must be kept clear.

MINIMUM STAYS & REQUIREMENTS
Reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
STAYS OVER 5 NIGHTS
For stays over 5 nights please contact Management.
SERVICING YOUR CABIN
The cabins are fully self-contained, and servicing is not provided. If you require your accommodation to be serviced, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org additional charges will apply.
In the event a guest or guests leave the cabin in a state that requires more than the standard cleaning service for the end of a stay, an excess cleaning surcharge will be incurred and charged to the guest in accordance with the payment details provided at the time of confirmation, or as otherwise agreed. the applicable charge will represent the cost of the excess cleaning required and will be communicated to the guest at the time of charge. We ask guests to leave the cabin as they found it.
The cabins are fully self-contained and servicing is not provided.
Engaging in recreational activities is done so at your own risk.
Please be respectful of the enjoyment of others staying with us by restricting loud noise between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
Please note that smoking is allowed outside but is not permitted in the cabins.
Open fires are not permitted outside under any circumstances.
These burners are for your enjoyment and heat for the cabins, please follow the instructions in the guest book regarding the use of the wood burners, care should always be taken in the use of the same, no responsibility will be taken for misuse or otherwise. Please enjoy your fire during the cold weather (usually April to October but may vary) we supply sufficient firewood for the duration of your stay, if you use more than this, we charge $20 for an extra day's supply. No lighting of fires is permitted during the summer months. No gathering of any kind in the bush is permitted, this is part of the flora and fauna and necessary for the bush.
Please be aware that surveillance cameras are used within our property for your safety and the safety of the cabins.
We love to welcome your furry friend as long as he/she is small and well behaved, house trained and subject to our pet policy. Please note there is an additional charge per stay of $40 per dog. All dogs are to be fully vaccinated and have up to date flea treatments. We do have a dog run available, therefore all dogs must be kept on a leash whilst outside on our property, Please pick up after your dog, bag and dispose of in the bin outside.
Dogs must be kept off the beds and soft furnishings, dog hair etc on furnishings will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Dogs must not be left unattended in the cabin at any time and must accompany guests when they leave the premises for outings.
Barking must be always controlled.
Washing of dogs in the sink is strictly prohibited. If your dog is muddy/dirty we can provide an extra bucket to aid washing if required.
If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair an damage caused by your pet, this cost will be your responsibility. We supply a water bowl and a food bowl, please bring your doggy bed as we have discovered they do not like sleeping in a bed that another furry friend has used.
One cabin is allowed for dog visitors so be sure to contact us in advance to ensure that there is availability
Any damages caused to Glen Lough property or equipment will be charged to the guest responsible for the booking in accordance with the payment details provided at the time of confirmation or check-in.
If something does not work or is broken, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Strictly No Outside Guests Without Prior Approval of the Owners: Glen Lough Cabins are exclusively for the use of current paying guests only. Please note that outside visitors are strictly forbidden without prior approval from the owners.
All reasonable directions given by the owner of the property must be followed by guests and their visitors. During your stay we reserve the right to enter the cabin if necessary without prior permission for safety or management reasons.
If a guest acts in a manner that causes any damage to our property or that of other guests or if you act in a manner that is unlawful or a nuisance we will terminate your stay, no refund will be given and any loss you incur is not our reponsibility.
It is at the discretion of the owner of the property if any booking is accepted or not.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLAN
Please make yourself familiar with our emergency evacuation plan in case of an unforeseen emergency. Emergency Evacuation information is located in the guest information booklet in all accommodations. In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow instructions from the owners or the emergency agency.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- We offer a 100% refund for any COVID-19 related cancellations.
- To obtain a refund in all other instances, you must provide a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to your arrival date.
- Un-Relet fees will apply for a request to change or cancel a reservation that provides less than 14 days’ notice.
- All fees are forfeited for no shows.
- Should people vacate their accommodation early due to weather conditions, no refund will be given.
